I ferry texts (fiction, philosophy, criticism) from French into English. Alongside works by Georges Didi-Huberman, Nicole Brenez and Jean-Luc Nancy, I have translated two novels: Situationist Michèle Bernstein’s The Night; and most recently Ève Guerra's Repatriation, which won the Prix Goncourt du premier roman in France. A doctoral researcher at the University of East Anglia, I am currently pursuing a creative-critical project about translation as a transgressive act.
